My preferred method of payment is Paypal but I also accept cheques. Once the cheque has cleared I will send your order. If you would like to pay by cheque please contact me and let me know so I can put your order aside. Please make cheques payable to:

UK Postage

If Paypal payment is received on a weekday then your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. If it is received over the weekend or on a bank holiday then your order will be dispatched on the next working day. For UK orders, I will send via 1st Class Recorded delivery For Ireland and the EU I will send via airsure. I will also send worldwide, please contact me for a price. All orders are wrapped in tissue paper but if you would like item girftwraped in an organza bag please add 50p to your order.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item then returns are accepted within 14 days. Items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings are excluded from the 14 day returns policy but please contact me if you are unhappy and we may be able to come to another arrangement. This does not affect your statutory rights. Although all my orders are well packaged, sometimes items can be damaged in the post. If your order arrives damaged, a full refund will be issued on return of the damaged jewellery.

Jewellery Care

Please look after your handcrafted jewellery. Do not immerse in water. Do not spray with chemicals or perfume. If you have an item bought from GlassInferno by Richard Carder that needs alterations then please contact me for arrangements.

General Information

All wires, findings and clasps used are silver or gold plated unless stated. If you would like earrings made in sterling silver then please contact me. Due to the nature of small parts in the jewellery and home ware, none of the items on this website are suitable for small children due to choking hazards
